Disney free for 6 months

I'm trying to activate my free disney, keeps saying error 404 can you help?

Same thing been trying to activate my free 6 months disney for 2 days now with the messge below,

Oops. We can't find the page you're after

This could be because:

• There's a typo
• It's been moved
• We've deleted it

It appears O2 is aware of this as it has been going on apparently for a very long time on this forum, but why would O2 offer this when they are aware others have been having issues for months?
