Hi have the o2 Disney offer - my 02 states need to activate , clicking link says already used, Disney plus acount shows o2 but no details or a time credit (already a Disney plus member). Disney admin say speak to o2 but as always cannot chat to anyone and the o2 chat via the app never connects.

Anyone experienced the same or should I just trust that o2 offer is live as it shows in Disney account albeit o2 keeps sending me reminders to activate with 36hrs to go ??

The Netflix offer was easier last year - one code one email to Netflix and the. Netflix account shows paid until xxx in the future.

Any thoughts appreciated

You'll keep getting reminders until the 28 days is up. 
As long as your Disney account says "O2" you're fine and it's all setup correctly.
