Hello, I had the 3 month free Disney+ extra which was due to expire November 8th (now cancelled as I didn't want it to roll over to a paid subscription).
Just noticed that my October 27th O2 bill includes a charge for Disney+ from 27th October - 26th November, with a credit applied to cover the period 27th October to 8th November.
I'm assuming that is is that this is likely 'in advance' billing where O2 have charged ahead for the next month's subscription (and of course had no idea I planned to cancel the free extra before it became chargeable)
Will I automatically receive a credit for this on next month's bill now I have cancelled the subscription during it's free period, or will I have to contact O2 to request a refund?
