I have recently tried to activate Disney+ under my pay monthly subscription however the code I was given said it couldn't be redeemed. As I have access to Disney+ under iTunes until 4th May I decided just to leave it until that expires. However I have now been charged for Disney+ on my 02 bill but when I checked with Disney+ directly they have advised there's no record of my 02 subscription being activated with them.
I need to speak to someone at 02 as I am being charged for something they aren't providing but I know the phone lines are really restricted. I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this?

Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under manage your account.
