Hi, I’ve just upgraded earlier this week and trying to add the Disney+ Extra but clicking on the Add extra button, accepting the terms and then Confirm simply returns an error “Oops ! Sorry, we weren't able to add your extra. Please try again.” .... I’ve tried regularly over the last 3 days but the same error appears. Any ideas?

Hi, as will a number of people in this feed and others I am also having the issue adding this to my account. Could someone confirm what I need to do to fix it please. If this is a know issue shouldn't there actually be a item under the FAQS or elsewhere on the site?
