Dismal service Carrys on

Dismal 3G service continues for the 5th day website says everything is working and no issues in my area .... But that magic 3G symbol is either non existent or bumbling along on grps or edge .... Getting very disgruntled that I'm paying for something that I'm not getting and everything points to the service been fine .... This experience has pushed me to one decision that I won't be renewing with O2 I will be looking for a network that endeavours to look after its customers ....

It's most likely a local fault. Keep checking the status page and if it persists, report it again to CS.

I think I agree as it works ok away from that area, you'll need to make them listen.
