So I ordered a new phone the other day they said yes its available will send next day. 3 days later still not arrives and now saying no stock. I try to call 3 times today each time your in a queue wait time 15 mins. After 45 mins each time still no luck in getting through. I'm seriously thinking to forget upgrade and go with different provider.
