Hey everyone at O2!

 

I applied to have my employee discount applied probably about 4months ago now! still have the receipt to prove when I went into store and done this.

 

How long does it take for someone to get back to me in regards to my discount? 

 

I read and was told by the guy in store that I get my discount back dated but I've have it almost 12 months now, 30% of a £36 per month deal, is going to work out more expensive if you guys keep delaying it.

 

I just want some closure ... Do I get my discount or not?

Call 202 to get it sorted. Seems an unreasonable amount of time to wait to have the discount applied.

A 30% discount is added within 5 days, if you work for o2 text DISCOUNT to 2020 and complete the details as requested, the discount is not usually back dated but if there was an error you may get some joy, you or the employee who applied the discount should get an email to advise if there was a problem
