Yesterday I had a call from o2 promotion centre . They said I could have 40% discount or a device for free . I am not sure if this is a scam has anyone else had such call that worked ? They had a lot of my details including account number , bank account details , names, bill amounts to the exact penny ….. is this a true good to be true offer !

It's a well known scam.
O2 are not offering 40% off or any free gifts.
You need to report it to the police and O2.
