Hi when I agreed to the deal for a upgrade 02 agree to a discount because I work for a company how do I know that the discount will be on my bill

you'll need to apply your discount via o2.co.uk/open

login with your myo2 details and follow your prompts, discount is applied on second bill and will show as a credit.
