I got a new contract yesterday but I cannot apply my NHS discount it keeps saying I've exceed the 28 day period. All the new info is updated in my o2 app

Wait a few days for the system to catch up as it still thinks you haven't upgraded yet.
You get 28 days to apply the discount.
