I have found this process mind boggling and complicated. In my last contract it was never applied as it was so difficult to get. I’m about to upgrade to an iPhone 11 and really want to get the discount this time round. I’m also in nhs.

Just follow the process Guide: O2 Open & Friends and Family discounts - How to sign up but be aware that discount is not available with the 11 Pro currently https://www.o2.co.uk/open
