Hi around six weeks ago or so my data didn't work for 5 days, so I called 02. Who said they'd reduce some money off my next bill. Which they didn't. So I called a couple weeks ago again, and the lady told me they would happily give me a £10 gratitude discount of my next bill, and that I'd see it on my 02 app bill for this month. But again the bill is for the same normal amount I pay per month

You need to contact o2, and ask, and hopefully you can prove it as if no notes on the system then you wont get it...
