Discount not showing on new tarrif

Hi all. I took advantage of an offer to upgrade my sim only to 1 year, 15 GB data unlimited calls & texts for £20 p/m (on offer until Oct 4th, usually £35 p/m). However on MyO2 the tarrif says £35. Any ideas?

Your MyO2 always shows the full tariff price. The discount will be applied when the bill is produced and you will have a bolt on showing the discount in the tariff section.

As above^^^. I had similar his year where my tariff was half price for 6 months. It always showed the full price in My O2 but indicated the reduced price in the bill breakdown each month.
