Hi   

    I have recently started a new job that entitles me to 30% off my airtime plan. Does this only apply to new customers and upgrades or can i apply it to my current contract as im 12months into a 24month contract.

No it cannot be applied to existing accounts. It has to be applied within 28 days of taking out the contract. not sure what itunes has to do with it.

New contracts only and they must be taken directly with O2, so you cannot get the contract from CPW etc either.....

:happy-smiley5 @jonsie , I went back twice thinking "I'm sure I didn't see nothing mentioning itunes!?, just now noticed the edited comment ....

the 30% discount seems to be quite popular today! So sorry for repeating myself but make sure u calculate the 30% on the airtime plan  not the total amount, as the phone plan is not discounted.

And like everybody said, You have to add the discount when u start ur contract or when u upgrade, not half way trough the contract and the phone must be purchased directly from o2.
