Disconnected

My phone is disconnected and I need to pay the bill but I can't call the payment line due to no connection - live chat isn't on and I have no toehr way of getting in touch?  need my phone urgently for work.

If you can't call, then you need to download Skype to talk to O2.

Thanks for this managed to call them on skype but all their systems are down and I need to call back in two hours not the most helpful when I need to accept in important call at 12pm.  But your post really helped me get in touch so thank you had not idea I could just ring them via skype.
