I was late paying my bill and was disconnected. I paid the bill on Friday 22nd May, the same day I received the default notice letter stating I had X days to pay the bill, so paid well within that time limit.
My phone still hasn't been reconnected.
I called 0800 032 1402 via Skype (fully automated call) and it said that I needed to pay all outstanding bills before I could be reconnected, then went on to say I "owe zero pounds", referred me back to My O2 if I had further questions and hung up on me.
Not sure if this is just a waiting game or how long I'll have to wait (in previous times that I've been late I've been reconnected within an hour, although obviously that was pre-covid), not sure if I've been permanently disconnected, not sure if I need to or even can do anything to get reconnected again. Can anyone advise?
