I've been disconnected and I've paid my bill how do I get reconnected there was a problem with my bank account so I had to get a knew one so I have to set up a new direct debit any help would much appreciated thank you

Sorry ive not spoken to anyone yet I must be phoning at a busy time I will try again tomorrow as soon as im back from dropping kids at a school x

I also was disconnected due to non payment of bill no reason of my own, I paid the amount  due this morning and It's been a good 12 hours now and I'm also still not connected.

As per the previous advice you can ring O2 via 202 from an O2 powered phone or landline found here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or ask Live Chat to check your account.

If you have not already then set up or re set up a direct debit to stop this from happening again.

Hope you get re connected ASAP.

We can't reactivate you here unfortunately...
Live chat is probably your easiest option but it should reconnect automatically anyway.
