The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm

So sorry to hear that your phone accounts are disconnected. As mentioned above you do need to continue to try and contact o2 customer service and/or payment management team. No doubt in these difficult times patience is definitely needed. Some good telephone numbers to help given above.
