Disconnected from network

I have had some setbacks and have accrued a bill that is too high to clear in one go. I had my services restricted 5 days ago and now have been disconnected from the network altogether. Can someone help me get back on track and at the very least reconnect to the network??

Hi @Cjw, You need to speak to the payment management team in order to resolve your query, unfortunately it is only that particular team that can deal with this specific query. Most queries we can assist with, but a small minority have to be dealt with by specifically skilled teams, so in some instances, calling is the only option. You can call directly to our payment management team on 08005884213. Alternatively if you dial 202 from an O2 mobile, or 03448090202 from any other number, we will be able to get you through to them.
