Disconnected account

When I log into my account it tells me "disconnected". I have kept my number from the last upgrade, so I am presuming that the account showing is my old contract/ account number. Why does it not find my newer details and how do I change the account number????

It may well be if its a recent account... it has not updated itself yet..?

Certainly sounds like a glitch.

Possibly ring O2 Customer Services which is 202 for Contract http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus for help as Indicated.

It would suggest to me that you are logging in with the wrong details for your new account.
I'd call cs on 202 and get your log in reset and also check what email you have registered.
