So today when trying to upgrade online was advised was unable to due to a old disconnected account with a outstanding balance of £79 which is news to me I was told to ring customer services which I spent £35 mins on hold to be cut off! Absolutely fuming as I’ve not received any notification or letter advising me of this and don’t want this affecting my credit in future, what’s going on o2 why have I not had any notification of this??
