Disastrous transfer of number

Transferred number from Vodafone 6 days ago. Took 5 days for number to port across and now can call out but have no incoming calls or texts (in or outgoing), also unable to set up iMessage and voice calls going straight to voicemail. Have contacted 02 for help on a daily basis but am no further forward and have no method of receiving calls or texts..can anyone help??

Another thing as a last resort is to email the CEO. You can find his email address on Google.

Actually, why MNP takes days to finish? Is it more than just changing the ENUM mapping of the phone numbers?
