Very disappointing, upgrade my contract, pay balance for last handset, pay in advance for new handset 1st bill, o2 promise to deliver next day, received confirmation saying delivery date is 22 Feb, bound myself all day in order to receive delivery but until now I haven't receive. I am not in rush or not that much exited that I can't wait to another day but this is absolutely disappointed that I waste my whole day just to wait for delivery. Such a shame that company like O2 can't full fill their promise.

No live stock system so device is probably out of stock, regardless of what website says.

You'll need to call customer service for updates.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
