When i called Apple all they could do was tell me to borrow someone's laptop but i don't know anyone with a pic or laptop. Please help.

If Apple have told you that a laptop is required I doubt there is anything you can do without one.
What exactly is the problem?

Can you confirm what your problem is exactly @Anonymous? Does your iPad need to go for repair or have you some other issue?
