If on the new billing platform login to myo2 on the website (not app), and then go to Payments then Cards and Direct Debits, or altenatively contact o2 on 0800 902 0217 and they will be happy to set one up for you..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
