Hi I would to change my payment to a direct debit

Go into MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 You will see headings along the top of the home page. Click on the one showing BILLS AND CURRENT CHARGES a drop down box will show "Change Payment and address details". Click on that and you will be able to change your payment method. O2 will send you a code to your mobile

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
