Direct debit

How do I set up a direct debit for my sim only contract? I don’t want to pay manually every month and would much rather they automatically take the money out of my account .

Hi i'm trying to change my direct debit to my other bank  and have spent an hour trying to find out how with no success can you help please ? Thanks Paul

@Emmt @MILKBARKID If you both call customer service in the morning they will help you with your issues. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am to avoid a long wait on hold.

Your direct debit account info can be changed in My O2 under 'my details'.
