I HAVE HAD ENOUGH WITH O2 I HAVE SPOKE TO 4 DIFFRENT PEOPLE AND THEY TOLD ME MY NUMBER WILL NOT BE CUT OFF AS i TOLD THEM i PAID MY BILL BY BANK TRANSFER AND IT TAKES 5  WORKING DAYS FOR THEM TO RECIVE THIS????? AND THEY ENSURED ME  THAT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN i EVEN SPOKE TO SOME ONE ON THE PHONE  AND NOW MY SERVICE HAS BEEEN CUT OFF THIS NEEDS RETICFED AS SOON AS POSSIABLE

Sorry to hear you have been cut off @Nathan10 

Unfortunately despite what customer services will tell you the system at o2 will automatically cut you off if you have an unpaid bill. It is one of the reasons why they say you should pay your bill by direct debit.

This is a community of o2 customers, so we cannot unblock your phone. To do that you need to get back in touch with o2 by calling either 202, 0344 809 0202 or Payment Management directly on 0800 902 0217.

If you need to the 0800 number can be called for free using Skype.

Alternatively, you can message o2 on social media:
