I have received a new debit card so do i need to change anything on my payment details to keep my monthly payment going ?? The account and sort codes are still the same its just the long card number. Dates and 3 digit code on the back that has changed

No need to change anything.

The direct debit is setup on your bank account, not the card.

You only need to change anything if your actual account changes.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@lah1965 If the long card number and 3 digit security code have changed you need to change them on your account. Go to your MyO2: http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2  You can then change them under 'manage my details'.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
