Direct debit issue

I need to change my direct debit details, I can not do it in store nor can I do it online.. I need to speak to the payment team but when I phone and go through the menu it cuts me off unless my phone was stolen or fraud has been committed.. So now what?

If you download the My O2 App you can update your banking details within the App.

 

You can contact the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or please ring 202 as this would class as urgent. Between 10am and 6pm.

When asked why you are calling, say speak to somone.
