Log into your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
and go to bills section.
See highlighted area in image to log in.
You need to set up a PIN the first time.

You can change the account details from which payment is taken but you can't change the name of the person paying. The account holder will always be liable for late or missing payments.
