Direct debit and keeping my number

Hi I have just started a phone contract with 02 I want to keep my pay as you go number( also on 02) and transfer it over to my pay monthly phone , I have filled the form online but nothing has happened ?? Both phones still have signal and I've had no texts or emails confirming anything??

Also when I took out my phone contract online I gave my bank details for direct debt at the beginning so payments can just been taken out of my account every month however ive just been on my o2 app and its showing the billing dates but nothing showing a direct debt. So will the payments still be taken out automatically?

You need to contact O2. Use any numbers in this guide. Everything is taking longer nowadays due to the current crisis
