I’d love to know why I’m being penalised and harassed about overdue bills, when it’s entirely O2’s fault. 
Because as I posted elsewhere, I’ve now got an overdue bill of £0.00, and still getting service blocks until it’s paid, which won’t be until the beginning of May, as my next bill is not due until the 17th of this month.

O2's Social Media team can advise, @Robh3 - link below this post has the three ways to reach them. Probably just poor wording in the e-mails, this, but best to check for sure, especially if you are affected by the MyO2 issue preventing you from checking the bills online yourself, @Robh3.
