How do you change the direct debit details for your O2 account?

Log into My o2 (either website or app).
View your most recent bill.
There should be a link to change your bank details.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Change the bank details in My O2 as advised. You will need to set up a pin number so you need your phone with you if doing it on a PC. It's all very easy.
