Hi. My first o2 bill is due and I just want to know whether a direct debit has been set up or if I have to make a payment online. I've tried live chat but it's always busy. I purchased my phone and contract through the Carphone Warehouse. Any ideas?

2 different customers asking Q's.

One from CPW and the other unknown.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
