Direct Debit

I currently have 2 phones on my account and everything is paid by direct debit (air time and device).
I upgraded one of the phones 3 months ago but the new device plan is not coming out of my bank by direct debit, I have to go online and pay this manually by card.
The new airtime and my existing air time and existing device continue to come out as normal by DD.
I have tried to get through on the phones to change this but with no luck.
It's not major but it does mean I have to remember to pay this every month and I do miss out on a 3% rebate I get from my bank on direct debits!
Is there anyway I can get this sorted other than over the phone? Thanks
