Direct Debit

My phone and my daughters phone bill is overdue this happens most months Can i change my direct debit date to 24th of each month rather than 9th

@Beckyg  You would need to speak to customer service. I don't think you can change the date yourself. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Call 202 from your phone. Don't use Live Chat for this.

@Beckyg @If it’s overdue then you need to pay it ASAP or O2 will cut off your service. Also a direct debit would have not led to this problem
