Direct Debit set up?

Hi,

 

I can't see an option to set up my direct debit online? Customer service over the phone takes ages?! Chat is not available? I run out of options. Any other suggestions?

There isn't an online option but you can fill this form in and send it in http://static.o2.co.uk/assets2/pdf/O2_DirectDebitMandate.pdf
