on the 8th i was supposed to pay a DD to O2. it was returned to me because of insuficent funds. I now have those Funds but i suffer from social anixety and would prefer to not to make a phone call. Will O2 attempt to take the DD again in a few days to save me the trouble of making a phone call?

Unfortunately they won't claim the dd again so you need to make a manual payment.

You can do this online or over the phone. There is an automated system too.

Alternatively, use live chat or ask a friend to make payment using your debit card.

Make the payment through your MyO2 app.
It's quick and easy @AJ
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
