Difficulty obtaining a Proof of Usage form

has anyone else been having problems obtaining a proof of usage form?

I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for one. 4 different customer representatives have sworn it has been emailed by their email and also their managers - but no form received. they have the correct email addresss. Nothing in junk or spam folders. Only very recently switched from Vodafone to 02 and seriously beginning to wonder why...!!!!!!!!!

Unbelievably bad customer service!

As phone stolen insurance company won't accept proof of purchase, only proof of usage. An itemised bill does not have the information they want as a new sim was sent out currently in use with old phone. Proof of Usage for stolen phone only as they want to see it was active before stolen. A bill shows use by both stolen phone and old phone so no good.

 

I am becoming so angry, have also been on live chat and been waiting so chat to a 'Supervisor Pay Monthly' since 2.51pm and it's now 3.20pm...!! Unbelievable....
