Difference between "Rolling Plan" & "Big Bundles"?

I was going to get a contract £8 25GB data per month

My contract was refused

Can I get a "Rolling Plan" or "Big Bundles" pay as you go?

What's the difference?

I was under the impression you only wanted this so you could PAC out again.

Go for the one that does not need setting up a monthly debit by credit card
