I brought the new Samsung fold 5 in August and never recieved the code to purchase the ear pods for £1. I've called o2 5 times over many days and never get a positive response other than I will get a response within a week but nothing. How can I get this code?

If you made your purchase in mid-August and still await your code, you might want to consider making a formal complaint :-

However, complaints typically take eight weeks to resolve and Customer Services are unlikely to want to interact with you whilst your complain is under consideration. Hence, i suggest that you continue to press Customer Services for a few more days and regard the complaints' route as a last resort.
