Hi,
I have returned a phone in mid October to O2 via post. I have received the confirmation e-mail about the cancellation, and my contract was cancelled, however I have never received the refund for the upfront payment. Is that normal? I though I was supposed to get a full refund.
I tried to call on 0344 809 0202 but there is no option for refund, then tried 0844 463 0202 but that one just says, we couldn't connect your call.
There is no e-mail to contact O2, so I'm not sure what I am supposed to do.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
