Did I get a text from a scammer?

I got a text from a number 07960 379061 telling me my account was locked for security reasons when I didn't even have an account assigned to my number. It told me to go to a website called verifymyacc.com Was this a scam? What will I happen if I clicked the link since it redirected me to the site

It's a  scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

I did click it and it had the log in page which I assume they would use to steal your inputted info. Since I didn't input any info I would assume I'm safe and I'll forward it to 7726
