Can anyone tell me why I cannot dial the UK from Sri Lanka.  I also cannot access top up credit, 901 voicemail. in the UK the o2 gurus tell me there are no blocks on my phone but whenever i'm abroad i cannot ring the uk

Quite simply because o2 does not have a payg network partner agreement in Sri Lanka
