I am unable to attend a store and chat is not currently working so wondering if I can be told where I stand. I have a device out on pay monthly and the screen is not working as of yesterday. The phone is still working as there is a low level light on the black screen and I can still hear my notifications coming through but the screen is black. I am also not due an upgrade until November 2022.

It might be better to contact the manufacturer direct.

If you need to contact o2

call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

You can call using Skype on your PC.
