I'm looking to upgrade and wanted to know if it's possible to pay off the full device plan at any time? So for example if I choose to pay monthly for the iphone 12 can I pay off my full device plan at any time, so that i'll only have airtime to pay for monthly?

Or is that not possible?

Hi @AA2,

Yes most definitely. With our Refresh plans, you can pay off your device plan whenever, with no penalty.

@AA2 If you can afford to do that then you might want to think about buying a phone outright elsewhere, which most times is cheaper than buying from O2 (or probably any network), and just go on a sim only contract. In the long run that usually works out better.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Anyone who buys directly from O2 is automatically on a refresh contract.
