Hi,

I’m wondering if I was able to pay the remainder of my device plan and get a new phone as my phones breaking and I don’t have insurance and I really need a new one

Yes you can. 
Just upgrade in your MyO2 and what you owe will be added at checkout.

No, just the device plan. You're not charged for cancelling the airtime.

Ah okay so when I click the upgrade total that amount there I have to pay off and then I can upgrade?
