Hello
I have a bit of extra money this month and would like to make an extra one off payment towards my device plan. I have looked on this forum and the advice is to go onto my o2 but when I try to make a larger payment it tells me to phone 202. I called this number however I was redirected back to the very same page that told me if I wanted to make a larger payment I would have to phone 202.

Feel like I may have missed something as everything seems to link back to the my o2 device plan page but as far as I can see that page tells you too phone up to make a larger payment.

Thanks guys

Thank you.

@Griffy

You have to call customer service to make extra device payments.

Hold on the line for an agent when you call Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You need to contact customer services. Making an extra payment doesn't reduce the number of payments you make, it reduces the amount you pay. For example if you owe £100 and have 10 payments of £10 and pay £50 as a lump sum then you will still have to make 10 payments, but now they will be £5 not £10.
